•After collection, your replacement item will be sent immediately.

Delivery & COD Information

Delivery Timeline:
Luzon: 1–3 days
Visayas: 3–5 days
Mindanao: 5–7 days

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all regions.
Parcel Claim:
Claim your parcel under RIIB Lifestyle as the sender,
Or present the QR sticker in the pouch at the logistics branch.
